I have watched The Sound of Music a million times with my mom growing up and it’s one of those movies that has had a special place in my heart because my mom loved it so much. We would always sing the songs together with my siblings and I have such fond memories from that time. Although I watched this movie countless number of times, I never realized it was based in Salzburg until I was visiting Vienna.
