This was a super short trip to Greenville, South Carolina, but I had to mention it because it was the most unique downtown area I've ever seen.
For July 4th, we decided to make a weekend road trip up to Greenville, South Carolina to see Ryan's relatives. And since it was a road trip, Kuma was able to come with us! She was just as excited for this trip as we were. From Tampa to Greenville, it was about a 9-hour drive. If we didn't have Kuma, it probably would have taken an hour less.
If you're ever in the Greenville vicinity, you definitely need to check out the downtown area. It is one of the most beautiful little towns I've seen in awhile. Quaint little city with a beautiful creek, bridge and waterfall area with plenty of cute, posh restaurants and shops.
It's super dog friendly which is always a plus for us because we love taking Kuma to as many places as possible with us! She really enjoyed the creek area underneath the bridge and had fun chasing after the ducks and geese.
If you decide to stay downtown for the whole day, make sure you bring some picnic blankets and towels so you can sit around the creek and dip your feet in the nice cool water.
We would love to come back to Greenville again to explore more of this cute little city!
